Water assets and isolation mapping
Stopcocks, risers, tanks, pumps and valves are recorded against the building with their location, condition and last inspection. Contractors get a mobile emergency view so the water can be stopped fast.
Closed action management
Actions are raised from incidents and inspections, assigned with a due date, chased automatically and only closed when the closure evidence is verified. Temporary fixes remain visible as live risk.
Insurance renewal workspace

Review and attestation
