Pricing that reflects how the platform is used
Every block requires its own register, permissions, reporting, audit history and broker-access controls. The annual block fee supports these shared services.
The per-flat element reflects the additional records, incidents, reports, documents and actions associated with each property.
This structure keeps pricing reasonable for larger buildings while ensuring that every block receives a properly supported service.

Appointed-broker access is included
The block remains the paying customer and retains control of its information. Its appointed insurance broker can receive secure, read-only access to authorised blocks and download the standard annual renewal report without purchasing a separate licence.
Broker access can be restricted, reviewed, revoked or given an expiry date.
